The local pub (Tafarn Y Talardd) is a five minute walk away!
The local village store and post office is a 10 min walk, where you can find all of your newspapers, basic supplies and if you ask nicely, the bacon and home-cooked ham behind the counter are divine. If you are staying with us a while and require something that is not in store, ask Dave or Tracey and they will endeavour to get it for you if he can.
We encourage all visitors to Dolcoed to bring a comfy pair of walking boots and a push bike to explore the local area. There is an abundance of nature walks and cycle rides, so if you want to feel free with nature, please ask us for further info or do some research on walking etc before coming.
